My professor posted this on Friday:

“As I was hiking in Golden, Colorado I took this picture. I am constantly reminded that, in most cases, we are unaware of where our path leads! What is around the bend is mostly unknown. This pertains to life, in general, and in our leadership journey. Remain steadfast, trust and be faithful, and be ready for whatever comes next! As leaders, we are charged with creating positive change. However, we also need to be prepared to manage unforeseen circumstances and challenges that are right around the bend. Enjoy Your Journey!” – Jeffrey Belsky
Sometimes we spend too much time worrying about the journey and not enjoying it.
We worry about what could happen and what could not happen.
We stop ourselves from doing certain things because we’re afraid we won’t make it.
I read somewhere to think “What if the best possible outcome did happen?”
Ah! I love that.
But it takes a lot of work to actually change your mindset.
If you change your mind about a lot of things, you could possibly change your leadership journey.
